What in the world happened to TTC?

Well today I went onto Toontown Central and guess what? It wasn't what it was supposed to be! I expected the forums but it's only a wierd place like you typed in a wrong way of spelling it!
I hope TTC hasn't died... :(

They were down for a while, but they're back up.
