Theme Houses

Who has ever thought to do Theme Houses to their Houses?
I'm always trying to open a little Cafe but i just don't have the right items, So i give up with the idea, I Tried to search for Videos for Theme Houses in the Webs, but there's no Single Reference o.o, It looks like no one is doing these, Well except for Schools, Hotels and stuff, But i want to open a theme houses like No one has ever done before like these :
1. Chocolate Factory
2. Toy Shop
3. Haunted House
4. Bowling Alley
5. Tooniest Art Gallery
6. A Cruise Ship
7. Bakery
I Know the Haunted House is Impossible, I Saw a Video of a Toontown Haunted house on Youtube and it was not scary at all .-., The one im thinking its possible are Tooniest Art Gallery and a Toy Shop, Can you guys help me figuring out the items for the rest? D: I Know the Sweets series will be good for the Bakery =3

I would love to make a Toontown Cafe with waitress/waitors, menus, and live music.

I wish I could have my own Toontown Cafe! -_- Wait... Anyone want to start a petition to make Toontown Cafes? XD

Well you can make ToonTown cafes in your estate already, kinda XD I made a list of what you can do in ToonTown so far:
Hotels
Cafes/Resteraunts
Toy Shops/Garage Sales
Mansion (but not exactly a themed house-also costs at least 2 full banks)
Candyland (because of all the candy themed items XD)
Schools
Hotels
Cafes/Resteraunts

You could also do fashion shows, talent shows, award ceremonies, graduations, game shows, dating shows, movies/movie theater, live music/concerts, etc.

Yeah, cuz toons could like put the toon tv in front of them and pretend there watching a movie. ._.

Maybe they should start selling huge TVs or something. Toontown seems stuck in time, sort of.

Idk... XD But I know how to make it rise (put a bunch of rugs on top of each other and jump, if you go to my house you'll see what I mean)

Well I get a bunch of seats and I make the house, and then put the seats IN the house...
