NO SPAMMING - Here's why.

At Toon Hq, we want it to be a fun, safe place for everybody. EVERYBODY.
What Spamming is:
Spamming is a a few different things. Whether it is saying things over & over, or mass-pming random people, it all is spamming.
Saying things like this: HI HI HI HI HI HI HI HI HI HI, whether in the same comment, or different comments, is considered spamming. Or, mass-pming people to advertise is also spamming, but also falls under advertising, so it will give you a greater punishment since it breaks both rules.
Why spamming isn't aloud:
Spamming is a bother to the people you do it to. It's annoying, and a waste of time. For the convince of our members and us, spamming is not aloud. We hope you understand and follow these rules. Thank-you.
