How To Hunt A Thief

Chapter 1

I just sat in my estate reading Nancy Drew. Most of you are thinking i'm a book worm, right? But the truth is, when your a teenager bored as heck, Nancy Drew is the best thing to do. Of course, in toontown, we don't have internet or cable. (thanks to a cog accident)

My room consists of hearts splatered on walls. Pictures of me and my family and friends hang on my walls along with posters of famous people like Toony Swift. I wouldn't say my room is bland, its just not interesting. It's like any other girl in school's room, if you know what I mean.

Life in toontown gets hard. But, for a second there, it got much harder. As soon as I got to the best part of my book, the doorbell had to ring. It just had to. Ugh, I thought. I silently got up and answered the door. "What's up?" Roxy asked me. "Oh hey..." I said blandly. I slamed the door behind her. "That's all I get?" "Pretty much...." I said.

"So, are we going to Grizzly's VP?" She asked me with a happy look. "I have no idea," I explained, "I don't even like him like that anymore. As a friend I do." "Well, DUH!" She laughed as she said this. "I guess we could go...." I said this out loud, even though I should have thought it. "Yay!" Roxy screamed.

The next 5 minutes were the worst moments of my life. And, I mean, this beats Roxy's brother, Ryan, trying to annoy me by 100%. Grizzly was at the door. Grizzly...the dude that I used to have a crush on. "Hi?" I greeted as I answered the door. "Hey!" He greeted back with a grin. I just rolled my eyes.

I heard my phone ring off. "Relax, I gotta go answer this." As soon as I picked up the phone, I felt overjoy all over me. "Hey, Mandy!" I yelled. "Hey....." Mandy said over the phone. "So um, what is going on?" I asked her. "Come over here now, something is wrong." She explained. "Ok, I'm on my way." I replied. I quickly hanged up and made my way to Roxy and Grizzly.

"Guys, I have to go!" I screamed. But, right after I said it.....the lights went out and I heard a bang.....

Silence, darkness, nothing.

Ok, guys! This was supposed to be on TTC but I decided to make a book on here! Chapters will go out every few days or so! Ok, so if you want to be notifed when chapters come out, please tell me! :)

I LOVE IT!!! But it gets so scary at the end. Help me, mommy! Just kidding.

Chapter 2

The bang startled me. Grizzly started making weird alien noises. "Are you serious?!" Me and Roxy both screamed at him. "I was just trying to help." He replied with a grin. I rolled my eyes while Roxy nudged him hard with her elbow. "Oww!" He yelped in pain. "Shhhh!" The power went on after about 10 minutes of the annoying alien sounds.

I got up and looked around, nothing broken. I turned the radio on to see if I could hear anything about power lines falling or any local weather. But, I didn't hear any of that. "A thief roamed the streets of Star Drive today...." The reporter started. "That's us!" Grizzly announced. "Shhh!" Me and Roxy yelled in symphony. "Sadly, one person was stolen. A female purple monkey, medium height, and about 100 pounds."

"Oh my gosh...." Roxy said. "Mandy!" We said together as we both rushed out of the door leaving Grizzly behind in my house. "Wait up!" Grizzly screamed. I saw Grizzly lock the door with my keys. "Here...." He remembered as we got to Mandy's house. "Thanks!" I smiled as I said this.

When we walked into her house, it was a mess. Couches were burnt, books were torn, even the radio was broken. "What happened?" I asked. "I have no idea." Grizzly and Roxy both said together. We both stared at each other, trying hard not to cry. "Mandy...." I said with deep, sorrow, emotions. We sat there for hours. Waiting, bored yet very upset.

Until it came...

OH MY GOSH!!! I'VE BEEN KIDNAPPED!!! Dude, I didn't even notice.... lol. Silly me :P

This was REALLY good!!!! I love it.

Chapter 3

All I heard were slight footsteps coming towards the door. The knob turned, Luckily we locked it so nobody could get in. As soon as the doorknob stoped moving, I heard more footsteps and saw a shadow from the window moving across, not even looking in. "What in the world...." Roxy stated. "Maybe somebody with the wrong address?" Grizzly explained. But, we all knew that wasn't it.

I grabbed my cell phone and started dialing. "Who are you calling?" Grizzly asked me. I just ignored him. "Yo, Trickster!" I greeted with a huge grin on my face. "Hey!" She greeted back. "Do you think you could help us?" I asked her. "Sure....with what?" She wanted to know. "We want to catch the theif who stole Mandy." I expressed to her. "So, you want me to catch it on camera?" "Mm Hmm" I replied.
"Alright, on my way." She said.

We met with Tricky at the Gag Shop in The Brrrgh. "Do you guys want snacks?" Tricky asked. "It's on me," She added. "Nah, were go-" I started to say something but grizzly interupted me. "I want something!" He screamed. "No!" Roxy yelled back at him. I just rolled my eyes. "Were good." I finished with a half smile.
"So, I brought my camera like you said." said Lady Tricky. "Great! Cause were gonna need it." I told her. We both got our smirk again and it was on to our conversation....

Chapter 4



"Ok, lets track a theif." I said with a snicker on my face as I held up the cord to our "GPS" that Lady made. I quickly plugged one side of the cord into an outlet and the other into the GPS. "Ok, so far its working great." Lady said looking very determined and focused. She had to click a few buttons and pretty much hack her way into everything. Me and Lady were so focused that we didn't even hear the knock on the door. Knock all you want, I thought with a smile.



I got up and dragged myself to the door. I opened it. "Oh, hey Fangs!" I greeted. "Hi...." He replied with a sad, depressed face while he came in. "What's up?" I asked him while I practicly slamed the door behind him. "Well, Mandy got kidnapped and ever since then I'm so depressed." He admited. Wow, I thought. I have never seen him so sensitive before.



"Ok, so were gonna track the theif who stole Mandy. Wanna join us?" I asked him with a begging face. "Sure." He answered as he grabbed a chair and sat down with us. We started planning it out which includes making a list of things we should pack (who should bring what) and also making sure our supplies would work.



There was a loud bang on the door. It could be Roxy or Grizzly, I thought. But, I knew it was somebody else....

Who was it? Who?

You will have to wait to find out who "It" is. XD
